CASE STUDY OF MANOJ CHEPANG
Manoj Chepang is our very first selected child under our " One Child Sponsorship Program"who will be pursuing Vocational training and education till grade 12. Our very own Cadwell Family is funding him.
He was brought up as a single parent family with lots of hardship and struggle. His mother left him when he was 2 years old. His neighbors socialized him throughout his childhood. Fortunately he got an opportunity to study in community school named: Shree Antyodaya Janajati Aawasiya Vidhayalaya since 10 years as a residential student.

Fortunately he got an opportunity to study in community school named: Shree Antyodaya Janajati Aawasiya Vidhayalaya since 10 years as a residential student.
He belongs to a family where his
father and stepmother works all day long to feed themselves for a year, but the
plight is it isn’t sufficient to feed themselves for 6 months as well. The
subsistence agriculture due to unproductive and unfertile lands has created
chaos in his family. All of his siblings are grown up malnourished. He has 2
elder brothers and 3 younger sisters. So there are 10 family members including stepmother,
father and 2 sons from his eldest brother.
He is giving SLC (School
Leaving Certificate) this year. As he has plan to study in Technical field and make
a living to support himself and his family Manoj Said, “I am worried if I could
continue my study after SLC because this school will not support me after this,
I wish I could study and help my parents.”
